Refund policy

 PRE - ORDER ITEMS and INSTOCK ITEMS

We try our best at keeping the website up to date with timelines. However, they are fluid. They are constantly changing. We do not control them, and they are above us as we are not God. Timelines will change without notice! Please email us if you have questions or concerns, we are always here to help. Once an order is placed, it’s placed and those items are allocated to you. 15% fee will be charged for cancellations in order to cover our transaction and admin/restocking fees. 

Preference of item condition

Please let us know ahead of time your preference of item condition. When we receive shipments some packages may have various degrees of damage from subtle blemishes, and scratches, to dings or tears of the package. Every collector is different, some may be indifferent, and some may want the package to be as great as condition as possible. We cannot control what it is sent to us , however we can somewhat control what goes out.

REFUNDS

If a pre order or Instock item is canceledl by the customer,  15% restocking fee applied to the cancellation. 
We are not responsible for the shipping cost on any item that is returned for a refund, nor will the shipping cost be refunded to you. Returns need to be authorized. Once we receive your item, and the item is inspected we will notify you immediately via email. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns anymore due to switch out of figures. While we cannot guarantee the products will be 100% perfect (due to manufacturing issues), we can guarantee  we will do what we can to make it right.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES DUE TO A RISE IN PORCH THEFT. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR ADDRESS IS SECURE OR HAVING SOMETHING PLACE SUCH A PO BOX WE CAN SEND TO IF YOU ARE AWARE OF ISSUES OF POTENTIAL THEFTS IN YOUR AREA.
