SHIPPING POLICIES

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

WE ARE CURRENTLY USING UPS AND CANADA POST FOR ALL DELIVERIES.

PLEASE NOTE SHIPPING IS NOT FREE! Shipping must be paid or the free threshold must be met.  

LOOT BAG

The loot bag system instructs us to HOLD YOUR ORDERS. THEY WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL THE FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD IS MET OR YOU PAY FOR SHIPPING (IF LESS THEN THE THRESHOLD)! Its designed to amalgamate multiple orders into one large shipment. All items from all all orders must be instock to ship OR if you continue you placing orders we will be able to ship once the threshold is met.

The current free ship threshold is $199 pre tax.

 

Pre Order and in Stock Items

If you place an order for an item that is on pre order and an item that is in stock, we will ship everything out once the pre order items arrive 

Domestic Shipping

Delivery fees are based on current postal rates. The rates are determined by the weight of the product and size of the box. All items are packaged with bubble wrap, packing paper in order to secure the item as much as possible.

We have no control over delivery times. We urge you to have patience if your order is taking longer then usual.  

International Shipping

Delivery fees are currently based on current postal rates. If a quote is needed prior, please message us first! We will be able to accurately give you a better idea for posting. PLEASE NOTE YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TARIFFS, VAT, OR ADDITIONAL COSTS IMPOSED BY BORDER SERVICES.
