LOOT BAG

The loot bag system instructs us to HOLD YOUR ORDERS. THEY WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL THE FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD IS MET! Its designed to amalgamate multiple orders into one large shipment. All items from all all orders must be instock to ship OR if you continue  placing orders we will be able to ship once the threshold is met .

FREE SHIP THRESHOLD IS $150 PRE TAX

PRE ORDERS

Items estimated arrival times are fluid and are subject to change by the wholesaler and distributor. Timelines are estimated and can change without notice! Please ensure you reach out periodically and do follow us on Facebook and subscribe to emails as we post updates there.

We do take payment up front for pre-orders. First to pay gets first priority once our allotment comes in. If you wish to wait until it is INSTOCK, that is your prerogative, however stock may be limited and you may forced to wait until the next allotment cycle or it may be sold out. 

We will update our Facebook page routinely for new PRE ORDER items and for all items that are INSTOCK. Please make sure to follow this. We may not be able to get back to inquiries in time and it is possible to sell out of an item in that time. 

WE DO STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU PRE ORDER AN ITEM FOR THIS REASON.  

TAXES

Taxes are charged at the time of purchase, and are set to match your Provinces current tax rate.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Being a Shopify website we accept VISA, MC, VISA Debit, Paypal, Sezzle. Any information given at checkout is kept private and will not be shared by anyone. Everything is kept secure. WE DO NOT STORE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.

Preference of item

Please let us know ahead of time your preference of item condition. When we receive shipments some packages may have various degrees of damage from subtle blemishshes, and scratches, to dings or tears of the package. Every collector is different, some may be indifferent, and some may want the package to be as great as condition as possible. We cannot control what it is sent to us , however we can somewhat control what goes out. Local pick up in Pickering, Ontario is always a great option.

REFUNDS

If a pre order item is cancelled by the customer,  or an instock item is cancelled a 15% restocking fee applied to the cancelation. 
We are not responsible for the shipping cost on any item that is returned for a refund. Once we receive your item, and the item is inspected we will notify you immediately via email. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

LOOT BAG SYSTEM

The Loot Bag System is designed to amalgamate several smaller orders into one order. For instance, customers who like to buy one Funko a week can amalgamate several weekly orders or smaller orders over the course of a period of time into one shipment. This helps to cut the cost of shipping down for all parties.
