Second time ordering from you guys. All was good except one thing. The Barbarian BRG had a big red mark on his chest. I know that this is the factory and not you guys specifically however, you could've easily given me another one instead of the damaged one. I was almost going to ask for an exchange but, I instead had a friend who was willing to take it in a trade. Incredibly disappointed. I even checked the description incase it was noted of the damage but, nothing was mentioned. Picture attached for proof and I have more but, the pictures don't do it justice.. it's worse in person.
Hi John, sorry to hear that . As we are processing multiple orders at a time things can be missed. We would have loved to hear from you prior as we could have easily exchanged it .
